Light yellow color with green reflection. Fine, airy pearl. Fruity aromas of apple, pear and white blossom. Clean, fresh style where a touch of citrus supports the exotic fruit and keeps the wine alive. Pleasantly pungent and semi-dry final.

Sunny and summery aperitif. (extra dry = actually not that dry) Also delicious with all kinds of snacks, seafood dishes and light desserts with fruit.

climate

Temperate maritime climate influenced by the Adriatic Sea. Summers are hot and dry. There is rain all year round. Winters are mild with regular precipitation.

soil

Sandy soils with pebbles and a little lime.

vinification

Glera and a small percentage of Chardonnay. Method Charmat. The wine is given its pearl in large closed citernes after which it is bottled. (Fruity/Extra Dry dosed)
