The Secret of the Vines" is a series of single varietal wines that provide a general representation of the various terroirs in the Loire Valley. They serve as an introduction to the estate and are enjoyable to taste with various dishes and flavors. Its fresh, northern style makes it an excellent aperitif but also delightful with baked or grilled fish, turkey or other poultry, or shellfish.

Pale color with light yellow nuances. The first aromas contain hints of mint and ripe notes of lemon and grapefruit. In the mouth it immediately gives fresh flavors that vary from mint-lemon to mint-strawberry. In the end it gives slightly more mature notes such as pear and candied lemon.

Light, yellow color with golden reflection. Aromas of candied lemon and exotic fruits dominate. Delicate hints of honey, raisins and yellow blossom. Wonderfully balanced whole in which sugars and acids are perfectly attuned to each other. The same balance is found in the aftertaste, which continues to be tasty and airy.

Bright color with fine yellow reflections. Subtle nose with delicate hints of flint, smoke, citrus fruits, green apple and acacia flowers. Nice and tight and lively in the mouth where its mineral character blossoms nicely. Wonderfully refreshing and full of finesse, it turns into a long, balanced and dry finish. Still one of the most noble expressions of Sauvignon!
